Ce sont des prévisions optimistes (sachant que, dans le transport aérien, une période de six mois équivaut à une éternité), mais le modèle d'affaires de Sunwing est solide et plutôt novateur. Je crois qu'ils ont le potentiel de continuer à gruger de grosses parts de marché à Transat en continuant à miser sur le service à la clientèle comme ils le font, et en se donnant la peine de regarder ailleurs qu'à Montréal pour prendre des passagers (Québec, Bagot., Trois-Rivières, etc...).

Les avions de Transat sont beaucoup trop grands, je constate que TS aurait besoin d'une flotte de 10-15 738/A321 pour les programmes sud..

je suis bien d'accord avec toi aux moins 8 B737NG ou A319/A321

pour faire les ligne comme St-Martin - Punta-Cana

selon moi on tu garder les B757-200ERs

qui garde leur gros porteur pour l'europe .

Grand, mais vieux également. Un A310 était le choix qu'Air Transat a fait il y a des années. Maintenant j'ai bien l'impression qu'il ne sauront que faire de leurs A310. On a déjà entendu qu'il voulait mettre leurs A310 à la casse et se concentrer dans les A330, et voir A350 alors de plus gros appareils. D'un autre côté, me surprendrait pas que Sunwing passe au-dessus de Transat dans trois ans puisque depuis le début de l'hiver, j'entends rien que de la merde à propos de Transat soit des vols pénibles. Ma mère est revenue de vacance aujourd'hui et son vol à l'aller à été retardé d'1h30... Et des plaques dans les cabines qui couvrent la ventilation, eh bien il semble qu'ils n'arrêtent pas de tomber... Endk...

pourtent Transat à l'expérience dans les voyages on pas venir le cout

moi je crois pour bien faire selon moi il faudrai fusioner transat/sunquest

côté achèter ou usagé des appareil que sois boeing ou airbus moyen courier .

Transat needs smaller aircraft for there typical money making hotspots. 738s or A321s. While keeping the newer widebodys for european routes/lease

That is exactly what they have today. A310 and A330 for Europe and big sun spots, B738 for smaller sun destinations. The fact that the 738s bear the name Canjet on the fuselage makes no difference.

Someone earlier mentionned that the Canjet service was very poor. I flew them on December 24th and I must say I was not impressed at all.

As for the A310 being to big for sun destinations, how can you explain that the planes are always full?
